My life
    Falling to pieces.
My faith 
    Dissolving to dust.

I saw your light
    Gleaming through the years of darkness 
Through the gloom of my days 
    Through the hatred 
          Through the thoughts of suicide
    Through the evil Satan put into my life...

You shone through.

You picked me up
  And held me in your arms
      You carried me through the storm...

Just as you do for everyone. 

Your love never fails.
